My appreciation for the flora that surrounds us really developed once I met my husband. A Boy Scout extraordinaire, farmer by trade, and forager by hobby, he taught me so many amazing things about what plants are capable of. My biggest sources of inspiration are the vegetable patch in our backyard and the marvelous mushrooms he scours for in the woods. They feel like home.
